RETURNS:
You have the right to return or exchange any product in poor condition or that you do not want to consume within a period of 14 calendar days from the day after receipt of the order. To facilitate the return, contact Dtecta and we will help you with the process.
Once it arrives at our offices and we verify that the order is in the same condition in which it was delivered, without having opened or unsealed the container and in the original packaging that was sent to you, you will be reimbursed for the value of the item returned by the same payment method chosen in the purchase process, within the established legal term of 14 calendar days, and in which you would be responsible for the return costs. In addition, of the additional expenses resulting from the choice by you of a delivery method other than the least expensive method of ordinary delivery that we offer, such as a change of address, different from the one indicated in the order.

The Commission of the European Union has created the “online” dispute resolution platform so that buyers of online products and the companies that sell them, within the EU or Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein can resolve disputes related to the purchase of products and services online without having to resolve it in court.
The platform has no ties to any company. You can use it to send your claim to an authorized dispute resolution body.
What is a dispute resolution body? An impartial individual or organization that helps consumers and businesses that sell products online resolve disputes. This procedure is known as alternative dispute resolution and is usually faster and cheaper than taking a case to court.
The platform only works with dispute resolution bodies authorized by their national governments due to quality standards related to fairness, transparency, efficiency and accessibility.
